When you use Wedding Planner Binder, we collect personal and wedding planning information necessary to deliver your 13-section interactive planner and generate your printable PDF binder documents:
- Account & Authentication: Email address, display name, and profile avatar via Google OAuth or Email Sign In.
- Wedding Data: Couple names, wedding date, city, target guest count, category budgets, vendor details, seating table arrangements, and day timelines.
- Payment Information: Transaction receipts handled securely via LemonSqueezy. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is strictly utilized to render your wedding workspace, compute real-time budget balances, preserve guest RSVP statuses, and construct your 12-section vector PDF binder downloads. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
3. Storage & Cloud Encryption
All user planning data and form drafts are protected with Row Level Security (RLS) policies in our PostgreSQL cloud database powered by Supabase. Data transmitted between your browser and Wedding Planner Binder is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
5. PDF Export Transactions & 14-Day Refund Policy
Purchases of the $29 Master PDF Binder lifetime access are processed through LemonSqueezy. All transactions include a 14-day satisfaction commitment.
